Elder Kai

Elder Kai is an ancient Supreme Kai who was sealed inside the Z Sword for tens of thousands of years after a dispute with Beerus. Freed when Gohan accidentally broke the sword, the quirky and perverted old deity proved invaluable by performing a special meditation ritual to unlock Gohan's full latent potential — a process that took over twenty-four hours. This unleashed the Ultimate Gohan form, the most powerful version of Gohan in the Z era. Elder Kai later sacrificed his life energy to revive Goku during the battle against Kid Buu.
