East Kai

East Kai is the Kai responsible for governing the East Galaxy and is the only female among the four directional Kais. She is intense and competitive, particularly rivalrous with West Kai. She trained several fighters, including Pikkon's rival from the Other World Tournament, and takes great pride in the warriors of her sector. Despite her attitude, she is a capable overseer within the hierarchy of Kais.
