West Kai

West Kai governs the West Galaxy and is the self-proclaimed rival of East Kai. He is arrogant and boastful, especially about his star pupil Pikkon, whom he considers the strongest fighter in Other World. West Kai participated in the Other World Tournament and tends to bicker with his fellow Kais. He is generally portrayed as competitive to a fault but ultimately well-meaning in his role.
