New Namek

New Namek is the planet selected by the Namekian race as their new homeworld after the original Planet Namek was destroyed by Frieza's energy sphere. The Namekians were temporarily relocated to Earth by the Dragon Balls while New Namek was prepared, then transported there by Shenron. The planet closely resembles the original Namek in its sky and landscape. It became the location of a new set of Namekian Dragon Balls and the ongoing civilization of the Namekian people, and was later threatened by Moro during the Galactic Prisoner arc.
