Tarble

Tarble is the younger brother of Vegeta and the second son of King Vegeta. Born with a gentle disposition and a low combat power unbecoming of Saiyan royalty, he was sent away from Planet Vegeta on a mission to a distant world, which inadvertently spared him from Frieza's destruction of their homeworld. Mild-mannered and timid, Tarble married an alien named Gure and lived peacefully until the Wiss-powered Abo and Cado pursued him to Earth, prompting him to seek out his brother's help. He is one of the few full-blooded Saiyans who never pursued the Super Saiyan transformation.
