Mercenary Tao

The world's deadliest assassin-for-hire, feared throughout the martial arts world. Mercenary Tao killed General Blue with his tongue and nearly killed young Goku before being defeated at Korin Tower. He later returned as a cyborg during the 23rd World Tournament.
