Kefla is the Potara fusion of Universe 6 Saiyans Kale and Caulifla, formed during the Tournament of Power as a desperate measure against Goku. The fusion combined Caulifla's instinctive Super Saiyan talent and aggression with Kale's monstrous Legendary Super Saiyan power into a single fighter of overwhelming strength. She pushed Goku to access Ultra Instinct Sign a second time and required his full mastery of the technique to defeat her.
