Eis Shenron

Eis Shenron is the Three-Star Shadow Dragon, created from the negative energy of the wish to revive everyone killed by Frieza's soldier Nappa. In sharp contrast to his brother Nuova's honor, Eis is cunning, treacherous, and willing to use any tactic to win — including permanently blinding Goku during their battle in Dragon Ball GT. He is ultimately destroyed by Super Saiyan 4 Goku, who overcame his blindness through ki sensing to land the final blow.
