Dr. Wheelo

Dr. Wheelo is a brilliant scientist whose body was destroyed and whose brain was cryogenically preserved inside a massive mechanical robot body to survive. Believing himself to be the strongest man in the world, he sought to transfer his brain into the most powerful human body available, ultimately fixating on Goku after defeating Master Roshi. He appears in the second Dragon Ball Z movie, 'The World's Strongest,' and represents the classic science-gone-wrong archetype — a keen mind trapped in an increasingly desperate, dangerous body.
